Smart Belt Sensor 스마트 벨트센서

The Smart Safety Belt Sensor detects whether a harness is being worn and collects data from other connected sensors to provide alerts. If a worker is not wearing a safety helmet during general work, or fails to attach the safety hook during high-place work, the system uses a buzzer and LED to notify the worker in real time. All received data can be viewed through the mobile app.

HISTORY

Accidents caused by failure to wear safety harnesses during high-place work remain a
leading cause of industrial injuries.
The Smart Safety Belt Sensor was developed to address this issue by detecting in real
time whether a worker is properly wearing their harness.

It operates automatically without any manual input, sending instant alerts to both
workers and managers to enable prompt action.
The system is currently being actively adopted across various industrial sites to
enhance safety management.

Smart Belt Sensor

Linked with the Smart Helmet Sensor and Safety Hook Sensor, the system detects when a worker is present on-site
without wearing a harness, or when the chin strap or safety hook is unfastened or improperly secured.
In such cases, it alerts the worker with a buzzer notification, helping to prevent accidents through immediate awareness.
